Street Bassist

I really like street musicians, and drawing people with instruments. I've always wanted to do an animated documentary about street performers with interviews and them performing.

One guy I used to see regularly in San Francisco would stand on his head on top of a drinking glass, while playing the guitar and singing. I think we humans are the only species that will ever do something like that.

With this drawing, I used a new process where I sketch on the computer, then throw it to my light table and detail it in pencil, then throw it back into my computer and digitally ink it. I'm pretty happy with it.
